SPORTS BETTING

These rules are applied in accordance with the Terms and Conditions for all bets posted on our Site. It is your responsibility to keep yourself updated with the rules regarding the confirmation of bets. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time and the amended information will be displayed on the Site. Please note that items added under the "Notice" section will be part of the game rules. In case of any discrepancy, please note that this additional information will replace the rules.

We always try to ensure that our rules are fair. If you have any questions about the rules, please contact our Customer Service Department. Our staff will support you wholeheartedly to ensure that all your questions are resolved quickly and in the most friendly manner. All the rules here are the basis for the general principles in the operation between the Customer and us. In case of any disagreement that occurs objectively, both parties should discuss together to find the most satisfactory solution possible.

GENERAL RULES

All bets placed with us will comply with the following rules and regulations. Any regulations in each specific bet type will have the value of replacing these regulations for each specific bet type or game:

The minimum and maximum bet amount for all sports bets will be regulated by us and we are allowed to adjust without prior notice.

We will base entirely on the information that the Customer has registered when opening a trading account at the site. We will not be responsible for customers' complaints about incorrect personal information.

When placing bets, Customers will be responsible for all transactions made. Please check the bet before confirming to avoid errors. Bets placed cannot be changed. We are not responsible for customers missing bets or placing duplicate bets. Customers can check the transactions made in the "Transaction History" section of the Site to ensure that all bets they want to place have been confirmed.

In case of complaints, we will not accept to resolve printed copies or receipts that are not recorded or stored in our records.

We are allowed to close or temporarily block Customer accounts at any time.

We are allowed to stop supporting betting for a certain type of bet at any time.

We are allowed to cancel bets in situations where the result is known in advance. If bets are placed with incorrect odds due to interruption of the "online" signal, bets placed during that period will be canceled, regardless of the winning or losing result.

Match information (such as date, time, score, statistics, news, red cards, neutral ground information, etc.) is for reference purposes only. We will not be legally responsible for the accuracy of the above information.

If a match is abandoned, postponed or postponed more than 36 hours after the scheduled start time, the result will be considered void and all bets will be void, unless otherwise stated in the specific bet type. Bets with an unconditionally determined outcome will be settled as stated. The betting rules for these bets are clearly stated in the specific bet type rules. Our decision to cancel bets in the above situations is final, regardless of the decision of the match referee or the match organizer. Accumulator bets will stand, even if the match is abandoned. Odds for abandoned matches are (1).

If a match/event is abandoned, the result at the time of the postponement is considered void and bets are void, unless otherwise stated in the specific circumstances of the rules of each sport. The decision and definition of postponement is made unilaterally by us.

If there is a difference in the language of the team names or information in other languages, we will switch to English names for all teams.

In any case, we will not be responsible for any changes, damages or losses due to the following incidents:

Unable to access our website, services or transmission systems;

The server data system has a problem or data loss;

The server data system, transmission lines or our website are hacked;

Using a slow or poor quality transmission line when accessing our website.

In the event of a dispute over the interpretation of the rules of the game, our interpretation shall prevail.

RESULTS AND BETTING

The result of a match will be determined on the day of the match, unless otherwise stated for the sport or match. For the purposes of betting, we do not recognise objections or changes of decision. Within 72 hours of the result being updated, we will only adjust incorrect results due to human error, system errors or errors in updating information from the results source.

Bets are normally settled after the match has ended. However, for the benefit of the Customer, some bets may be settled before the official result is announced. These bets are unconditionally determined and may include bets on abandoned, suspended or postponed matches. We reserve the right to recalculate bets in the event of incorrect betting calculations.

The results will be determined by us based on official references from the Organizing Committees of each sport.

For the purpose of calculating bets, we will take the latest updated data of bets placed. We will not resolve complaints or disputes, unless the customer provides a printed copy of the betting history. Otherwise, the transaction history stored with us will be considered the most effective information.

IN-PLAY BETTING RULES / ROLLING BALL

In-Play betting is a type of betting that is placed while the match is in progress. Bets are accepted once the match has started and are closed when the match is no longer displayed on the odds board. There are many different types of bets that are open during the match.

All In-Play bets are subject to a system validation process. This may result in waiting for confirmation (or rejection) of each bet.

A "Pending" message will be displayed on the bet slip that is being processed by the system. This means that the bet has not been confirmed or has been rejected.

Pending bets will be rejected if any significant event occurs during the betting process. These events may include, but are not limited to, goals, red cards, penalties or technical errors.

For In-Play bets, we will apply the following conditions to ensure that bets are placed at the correct time, at the correct odds and in the correct situation, as follows:

The time at which a point/goal is scored will be determined by us. We will not entertain any complaints regarding the time of a goal/point scored on the tournament website, club websites, mass media websites or "Live Results" websites.

In the event that there is a reasonable suspicion that bets placed after a match have occurred, we reserve the right to void such bets without the need for proof.

In the event that our Site is unable to update results, odds, or handicaps, we reserve the right to cancel pending bets placed during the incident.

BETTING TIME RULES

If a match begins before the official match time, only bets placed before the match starts will be considered valid. Bets placed after the match has started will be void, except for In-Play bets.

For matches with injury or stoppage time, this time is considered part of the official match time.

Extra time is only counted in cases specified in each specific game rule.

Dead Heat Rules

For dead heat bets where two or more selections are declared winners in the same event, the winnings are reduced. The reduction is calculated by dividing the total stake by the number of selections that have won at the same time. This adjusted stake is then multiplied by the original odds to calculate the winnings. This adjusted stake is returned to the customer’s account, together with any winnings. The remaining stake is considered a losing bet.

For example:

You initially placed £5 on a selection at odds of 15/1 (estimated winnings are 15*5=£75)

Your selection then becomes dead-heat when another selection is also declared as a 1st-placed selection.

Finally, only half of the stake is considered a losing bet. The remaining stake is considered a losing bet.

Therefore, winnings of £37.50 (= £2.50 * 15) + adjusted stake of £2.50 = return of £40

(If the event has more than 2 winning selections and the dead heat rule applies, the bet is split accordingly).

In the event of a dead heat with 2 winning selections, half the stake (50%) will be settled at the original odds, the remaining half (50%) will be settled as a loss.

The dead heat rule will not apply, at our discretion, where we consider that the winner of an event can be decided on the basis of points scored (for example, from a group stage).

CHANGE OF VENUE

If the venue is changed, all bets will be void in the event that the original away team becomes the home team.

We reserve the right to void bets if we believe that the change of venue may have an impact on the outcome of the match, for example a change of court type in tennis.

In some cases, we may not void bets. This includes tournaments where both teams play on neutral ground and the change of venue has no impact on the outcome

The rules of the specific sport take precedence over these regulations.

ERROR BETS

While we endeavour to ensure that errors do not occur, we reserve the right to void bets in the event of a clear error. Errors include, but are not limited to:

Incorrect odds, which are clearly different from the odds available.

Incorrect Handicap, Over/Under, Total Goals, Profit Margin…

Incorrect Date, Time, Match.

We will try to contact customers when canceling bets, if possible. Information about the cancellation will also be posted in the Notice section.

ILLEGAL BETS

Customers who we suspect of cheating or causing harm to the company will have their bets cancelled and their accounts suspended without notice or warning. Violations include the use of prohibited spying devices.

MAXIMUM WINNINGS

The maximum amount you can win in a day, regardless of the stake, is 1,500,000 USD or the equivalent in foreign currency. This includes single bets and multiple bets. The following are the specific maximum winnings for each sport:

Football and Basketball - 1,500,000 USD

Tennis, American Football, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Rugby, Volleyball - 300,000 USD

Other Sports - 200,000 USD

New Bets - 25,000 USD

For multiple bets that include multiple sports with different maximum winnings, the lowest maximum will be applied.

Accept Better Odds

The term "Accept Better Odds" means that all selections added to the bet slip can be confirmed automatically, provided that the bet has a higher winning odds than the original odds. If the bet is adjusted in the bet slip with lower winning odds than the original odds, the bet will not be confirmed automatically. This feature can be enabled/disabled by checking or unchecking the "Accept Better Odds" box located in the bet slip.

Special Price

All Special Price odds are provided by the company and may be closed at any time.

All Special Price odds are offered subject to a certain betting limit. This limit may be changed at any time.

The specified odds are subject to change. However, all bets placed before the change will stand at the odds at which you placed your bet.

The Special Price rules are applied similarly to the General Sports Betting Rules or the Specific Rules for each sport.

For example: Football: "Manchester United to win and Over/Under 2.5 Goals" will follow the betting rules "1x2 and Over/Under" in the Rules - Football.

Special Price - Football is applied based on the official match time and does not include Extra Time or Penalty Shootouts (unless specifically stated)
